- 1 large avocado peeled and pitted
- 2-3 garlic cloves peeled
- 1 lemon zest + juice
- 5 oz feta cheese
- 1/4 cup packed fresh basil
- 1/4 cup packed fresh mint
- 1/4 cup fresh chives
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, extra feta crumbles, and fresh herbs if desired.
Serve with toasted bread, crackers, or fresh veggies.
