- 7 oz kefalograviera cheese
- 8 oz salami of choice
- 1 cup tzatziki
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 cup whipped feta
- 1 cup mixed olives + feta
- 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 cup roasted red peppers cut into small pieces
- 8 whole greek pepperoncinis
- 1 english cucumber sliced into sticks or rounds

- 2 pita bread toasted + cut into wedges
- 1 package sesame sticks
- 1 package rosemary crackers

Clean a large wood board. Gather all ingredients listed above.
Slice two cheeses (I like to cut one into long slices and one into cubes). Place the cheeses on opposite ends of the board.
Gather 4 small bowls and fill with feta-olive mixture, whipped feta with honey, hummus and tzatziki. Place throughout the board.
Next, fold salami and place in a river like formation.
Using 3 more small bowls, fill one with marinated artichoke hearts, one with roasted red pepper pieces and one with fig jam. Place throughout the board.
Fill in gaps with sliced cucumber, pepperoncinis, grapes, dried apricots, peanuts, pistachios and roasted chickpeas.
Last, add the toasted pita bread wedges, sesame sticks and rosemary crackers. Use some fresh mint leaves to garnish the edges (optional).
