INGREDIENTS
3 cups whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
3 oz vodka
5 oz peppermint liquor

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Whisk milk, heavy cream, cocoa powder, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt in a large pot over medium heat for 5 minutes.

2. Turn off heat & add in vodka and peppermint liquor.

3. Serve hot with whip cream, mini marshmallows & crushed up candy canes.

Santa’s favorite cookie🤭 Recipe👇

Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
3 eggs
4 tsp instant espresso powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar

Instructions
1. In a large bowl, whisk flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. 
2. In a separate large bowl, whisk brown sugar, eggs, espresso powder and vanilla together. 
3. In a microwave safe bowl, mix chopped chocolate and butter. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir and repeat in 20 second intervals to ensure chocolate is fully melted but not burnt. 
4. Whisk chocolate mixture into bowl with egg mixture. Slowly fold in flour mixture until fully combined with no streaks. Let dough sit at room temp for 10 minutes. 
5. Spread granulated sugar in a shallow dish. Spread confectioners’ sugar in a separate shallow dish. Working in batches, drop mound of dough directly into granulated sugar and roll to coat.

6. Transfer dough ball to confectioners’ sugar and roll to coat. Place on lined baking sheet and repeat.
 7. Bake cookies at 325F for 6 minutes. Rotate cookie sheet and bake for another 6 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to cooling rack.
