Happy October 1st🎃🍎🍫

Caramel apple bark👇

What you need:
2 green apples, chopped & soaked in lemon juice
2 cups pretzels, crushed
12 oz milk chocolate, melted
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup warm caramel
1/4 cup melted chocolate for extra drizzle

1. Chop apples and place in a bowl. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over them and let them soak to prevent browning. Crush pretzels.

2. Melt chocolate with 1 tbsp coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between. Warm up caramel.

3. Spread melted chocolate out onto a parchment lined baking sheet.

4. Top with the pretzels & apples then drizzle with caramel & more chocolate.

5. Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours!
