Made with pillowy potato gnocchi tossed in a simple homemade tomato basil sauce with shallots and garlic, then layered with fresh mozzarella and baked until bubbly and golden👩🏻‍🍳

Football snack szn is here😌🏈 Recipe👇

Ingredients
1/2 rotisserie chicken, skin removed and shredded
1/3 cup Hellman’s mayo
1/3 cup buffalo sauce
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sharp cheddar, shredded (1/2 cup for mixing in and 1/2 cup for topping)
4 tbsp fresh chives, chopped (2 tbsp for mixing in and 2 tbsp for garnish when serving)
1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 F. Remove skin and shred 1/2 rotisserie chicken, shred 1 cup cheddar, chop chives and set aside.

2. Add shredded chicken, Hellman’s mayo, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar, 2 tbsp chopped chives & 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles to a bowl and mix well.

3. Transfer to an oven safe casserole dish. Sprinkle the top with 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Place in the oven to bake for 30 minutes.

4. Top with 2 tbsp chopped chives and serve with tortilla chips, celery, pita or toasted bread.
