- 2 tsp granulated sugar
- Ice cubes for blending + serving
- 1/4 cup skim or nonfat milk using the correct milk is essential for the best results!
Brew 4 oz of fresh espresso.
While the espresso is still hot, add the granulated sugar and blend until dissolved and lightly foamy.
Add one or two ice cubes and blend again until the espresso is chilled and creamy.
In a separate chilled stainless steel cup, froth the cold skim milk until thick and glossy.
Fill a serving glass with fresh ice cubes.
Pour the chilled espresso over the ice.
Carefully pour the cold milk foam over the espresso. Serve immediately!
