This appetizer was fun and simple to prepare – plus extremely delicious and loved by all. You could easily change the presentation to serve this any time of year.
Just mix and match the ingredients to create different combos for each skewer. Place on a round plate to create a wreath shape and done!
I definitely recommend serving some Italian dressing and balsamic glaze on the side to drizzle over. Enjoy!
Antipasto Platter
Combinations of antipasto ingredients like salami, mozzarella, artichoke hearts, olives, sweet peppers, pepperoncini and basil are placed on skewers and then served with a balsamic glaze for drizzling.

Ingredients
- 1 package mozzarella balls (fresh)
- 1 package assorted sliced salami
- 1 jar artichoke hearts, quartered
- 1 package cherry tomatoes
- 1 jar kalamata olives, pitted
- 1 jar pepperoncinis
- 1 jar sweet cherry peppers, seeded and halved
- 1 package fresh basil
- 1 package fresh rosemary optional for decoration
- balsamic glaze optional for serving
- italian dressing optional for serving
- 40 skewers
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients and place next to your prep station.
- Mix and match ingredients and place on skewers. Alternating combinations for each skewer always looks great when displayed.
